You will be responsible for organizing, processing, and monitoring market operations until their settlement. /ppbYOUR ROLE /b /plipOpen omnibus or segregated accounts with administrators and transfer agents, based on our execution policy /p /lilipManage cash flows for prepaid funds, creating respective payment rules, keeping them up to date and monitoring ongoing transactions /p /lilipExecute transactions accurately while respecting the respective fund deadlines, and ensure their monitoring until settlement /p /lilipCollaborate with other internal departments (Wealth Management, Asset Management, TO) as well as with our external counterparties (TA, Fund Managers, etc.) to guarantee the best quality of service for our customers /p /lilipAnalyze subscription or transfer requests entering in a new unlisted investment vehicle, and ensure their compliance with our internal holding policy /p /lilipConfigure and codify funds as well as routing rules in our applications /p /lipbYOUR PROFILE /b /plipUniversity diploma or HEG in finance or economics but “CFC”/”Maturité professionnel bancaire” also considered /p /lilipExcellent skills in analyzing and understanding flows /p /lilipExcellent communication skills /p /lilipResistance to stress, ability to work both in a team and independently /p /lilipGood knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office) /p /lilipBe proficient in French and English (level B2), German an advantage /p /lilipbResidence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate /b /p /lipbOur Maison’s DNA /bis defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /bshapes our actions.
