We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients. /ppAs a Senior Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for leading and executing audit engagements across various business areas, with a focus on assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance processes. Your key responsibilities will include: /ppbYOUR MISSION: /b /pliPlan, lead, and perform risk-based internal audit assignments across operational, financial, and compliance domains. /liliEvaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identifying control gaps and areas for improvement. /liliAnalyze business processes and assess risks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. /liliProvide clear, actionable recommendations to enhance control environments and operational efficiency. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business operations and promote a culture of risk awareness and control ownership. /liliPrepare high-quality audit reports and present findings to senior management and relevant committees. /liliMonitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on remediation actions. /liliContribute to the development of the annual audit plan and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Internal Audit function. /liliContribute to knowledge sharing within the team. /lipbYOUR PROFILE: /b /pli- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 7 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management, preferably within a regulated or international environment. /liliStrong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO), risk management principles, and governance practices. /liliSolid knowledge of financial and operational processes, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and control weaknesses. /liliProfessional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly valued. /liliExperience with data analytics tools and techniques is a plus. /liliFamiliarity with regulatory requirements relevant to the industry (e.g., Swiss laws, FINMA, etc.). /liliExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely. /liliFluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset. /liliHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. /liliWillingness to travel occasionally for audit missions. /liliSwiss domicile is mandatory. /lipbOur Maison’s DNA /bis defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /bshapes our actions.
