We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients. /ppbCorporate Action Specialist (80-100%) (12-month contract) /b /ppJoin our dynamic Corporate Actions team of 12 collaborators and play a key role in managing corporate actions and securities operations on shares, bonds and other financial products (warrants, rights …). /ppThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and leading external partners. /ppbYOUR ROLE /b /plipProcess corporate actions on equities, bonds, and structured products, from analysis to booking and reconciliation. /p /lilipHandle both mandatory and voluntary events such as capital increases, tender offers, mergers, and stock splits. /p /lilipIdentify and reconcile eligible holders. /p /lilipGenerate and distribute notifications related to corporate actions announcements. /p /lilipManage clients instructions related to elective corporate actions. /p /lilipBook transactions upon receipt of confirmations within the required deadlines. /p /lilipResolve position breaks. /p /lilipEscalate complex cases to ensure prompt resolution. /p /lilipAct as a point of contact for our clients, portfolio managers, financial analysts, traders, and our network of custodian banks. /p /lilipUpdate procedures and contribute to administrative tasks within the department. /p /lilipSupport requests from the Legal / Compliance department or audit-related inquiries. /p /lilipIdentify potential issues related to operational workflows. /p /lilipPropose continuous improvements to our IT applications. /p /lipbYOUR PROFILE /b /plipExperience of 2-3 years in securities operations (Back Office). /p /lilipExperience in Corporate Actions and/or Proxy Voting is an asset. /p /lilipAutonomous, strong sense of priorities, team spirit. /p /lilipAbility to adapt in a complex environment and manage stress effectively. /p /lilipFluent in French and English (spoken and written). /p /lilipbResidence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate /b /p /lipbOur Maison’s DNA /bis defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /bshapes our actions.
