Senior Maintenance Technician – RoboticsMain MissionEnsure the performance, reliability, and continuity of robotic systems and production equipment in a regulated industrial environment, ensuring quality compliance (ISO, IVDR, FDA).Responsibilities- Troubleshoot robotic issues and vision, PLC ↔ MES.- Develop programs and optimize systems.- Perform metrology and parameter checks.- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.- Document interventions and technical updates.- Maintain equipment and improve production equipment performance (OEE).- Participate in (IQ/OQ/PQ).- Ensure maintenance of utilities and infrastructures (HVAC, air, electricity…). Quality & Continuity- Identify root causes (RCA, 5 Why, Lean).- Participate in CAPA and audits.- Contribute to Lean approaches (5S, Kaizen).- Monitor and improve performance.Experience- Maintenance technician with 8+ years of experience (or engineer).- Strong experience in robotics, metrology.- Pharma / medical device / controlled environment experience.Technical Skills- Very good level in diagnostics & problem solving.- Mastery of tools (e.g., Rockwell).- Solid foundation in root cause analysis.- Knowledge of cGMP / regulated environment.Soft Skills- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.- Teamwork, rigor, and autonomy.- Comfortable with predominantly (~70%) hands-on work.Languages- French & English.If this position aligns with your expertise, do not hesitate to submit your application. jid08f30a6aen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
