To support the exciting development of our general agency in Geneva, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/x) - 100%, reporting directly to the general agent, with the mission to lead a team of advisors and develop business in various regions. Your diverse missions include: Training, supporting, and regularly following up with external advisors; Participating in the agency's development; Managing a client portfolio and contributing to its growth; identifying client needs and offering them tailored and differentiated solutions; Proposing process improvements in line with the evolution of tools; Knowing market trends and regularly informing yourself about their evolution; Participating and contributing to the economic and social life of your area; creating contact opportunities, developing networks, and actively influencing business introducers. What makes you unique: Insurance intermediary AFA; a diploma or federal certificate would be an asset; several years of experience in insurance consulting and managing a sales team; Excellent command of French; Well integrated into the economic and social environment of the Geneva region, you enjoy contact and develop relationships; You also have leadership skills and know how to make decisions; Organized, committed, and with a positive character, you are proactive and readily accept responsibilities; Your client focus and your ability to support your colleagues and work in a team provide real added value.
