Team Lead Technical Maintenance (m/w/d)

Your Profile:

• Technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with further training in maintenance, production engineering, or a related field
• Proven people management experience in an industrial environment, with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• Solid expertise in PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Telemechanik), as well as hydraulics and pneumatics
• Strong sense of ownership, quality focus, and excellent communication skills
• Fluency in German and a good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Your responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of maintenance operations for production equipment, technical systems, and facility infrastructure
• Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated technical maintenance team, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations through effective planning of resources, workforce, and priorities
• Drive and manage strategic projects such as major overhauls and the integration of new machinery
• Select and coordinate external service providers, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective support
• Oversee spare parts management, procurement, and inventory optimization
• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, focusing on reliability and continuous improvement
• Monitor performance through KPIs and actively contribute to process optimization
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of maintenance activities using established systems
