Become part of it! /p pWe are looking for a Head Concierge to complete our team. /p , ulliEnsure the daily implementation of Concierge service standards and protocols. /li liOversee guest reception from arrival to departure and manage complex - Concierge requests. /li liSupervise Concierge operations, including reservations, billing, and cash handling. /li liManage all types of guest reservations and services (restaurants, transportation, activities, medical appointments, etc.). /li liBuild strong guest relationships, handle complaints professionally, and ensure high guest satisfaction. /li liLead and coordinate the Concierge and Bell Staff teams in collaboration with the - Assistant Head Concierge. /li liOrganize daily operations, allocate tasks, and optimize staffing levels. /li liMonitor departmental performance indicators and contribute to service quality improvements. /li liPromote hotel services, develop guest loyalty, and drive revenue through cross-selling. /li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. /li /ul, ulli pThe opportunity to rent accommodation in one of our staff houses, centrally located in Zermatt or Täsch /p /li li pEmployee, Family Friends room rates and other benefits (for example, in the numerous restaurants of the MRH-Zermatt SA hotels) /p /li li pA fitness room is available to our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt /p /li li pAccess to our pool area during designated staff swimming times /p /li li pThrough a development program, doors are open to various courses, for example with the company Ritzy /p /li li pDiscounts on season or annual mountain railway passes with the Zermatt resident card /p /li li pFor employees who do not wish or are unable to work both the winter and summer seasons in Zermatt, we provide support—together with our partner hotels—in finding a complementary position /p /li /ul, ulliMinimum 3–5 years of experience in a Luxury Concierge department within a 5-star / Palace hotel, ideally in a premium mountain resort. /li liProven experience in a seasonal environment with high activity levels and operational peak periods. /li liStrong experience in team leadership, operational planning, and guest relations excellence. /li liDemonstrated ability to handle VIP and high-profile guests with absolute discretion and attention to detail. /li liBA in Hospitality or equivalent apprenticeship; further education or certifications in Guest Service is a plus. /li liFluent in English (oral and written); German fluency preferred. Other European languages are a plus. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and professional manners. /li liAbsolute discretion and strict respect for guest confidentiality. /li liWell-groomed appearance and strong organizational skills. /li liExtensive local knowledge. /li liMembership in Les Clefs d'Or is a plus. /li liSolid IT / computer skills. /li liValid driving license. /li /ul
