Additionally, X is the exclusive distributor for pharmaceutical companies as well as the Swiss market leader in X. To strengthen our team in X ZH, we are looking for a dynamic and persuasive personality as a Customer Service Employee (100%) to start immediately or by agreement.Your tasks:- Processing and tracking customer orders from entry to invoicing- Answering customer inquiries via email and phone- Providing telephone support to field representatives- Various tasks- Supporting the sales teamYour profile:- Several years of successful professional experience in a similar position- Perfect language skills in Swiss German and French, Italian and English are an advantage- Very good knowledge in the application of IT systems (ERP and CRM)- Enthusiasm, friendliness, and a pronounced solution-oriented approach- Quick, flexible, and versatile- High stress resistance- Organized and with an eye for prioritiesApply now and become part of our team!
