Démarche is a social company established in March in Yverdon-les-Bains, Démarche is a learning and civic enterprise that brings together 13 structures or brands, all focused on developing human potential through various economic and cultural activities. The objective is twofold: to strengthen employability and to support integration into the job market. Do you hold a HES/ES social diploma, or are you a specialized teacher or possess an equivalent title? Do you have experience in supporting people, particularly with young adults? Do you have 2 to 3 years of experience in social support? Do you have a very good knowledge of the Vaud social network? Do you have the ability to create a trusting relationship and work in a multidisciplinary team? As part of a new integration measure with the DGEJ, DEMARCHE is looking for its new project Avec Toît based in Clarens, social, CDD 2 months, 80 to 100%. The project consists of providing individualized support to about ten young adults around 18 years old and temporary housing solutions in our residence in Clarens until they find permanent accommodation. A team made up of 2 social workers, one social assistant, and one housing specialist will supervise these social workers who are responsible for ensuring residents are supported in urgent matters, assisting them with their needs, and enforcing the rules of the facility. They promote a process of regaining self-confidence, developing personal, social, and professional skills to enable social and professional integration. The missions include welcoming and facilitating new residents in their place of living, being attentive to their needs, providing support and assistance, helping with basic procedures (mail, documents, networking), supporting the search for housing and encouraging autonomy, ensuring compliance with collective and individual living rules, maintaining a positive image of the facility and promoting its integration into the local community, collaborating with the manager to report on residents needing particular follow-up, assisting young people in defining and achieving their personal and professional objectives, identifying their resources, obstacles, and potential psychological difficulties, and facilitating appropriate care, conducting regular interviews and ensuring individualized and motivating follow-up, regularly informing the DGEJ (for minors) and other partners about the progress of young adults, proposing individual or collective activities that promote integration and personal development. We offer you a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, a high degree of work autonomy, and 6 weeks of vacation. Location: Clarens.
