For more information, follow this link: - Processing and drafting of legal opinions and decisions on matters under the competence of the Finance Department, particularly finances, personnel matters, real rights, and occupational pension. - Legal advice for the services of the DFIN. - Activities related to the supervision of land registers. - Handling parliamentary interventions and federal submissions, and participating in working groups related to the DFIN's area of activity. Desired Profile: - Master's degree in law with experience in patent or notary law. - Capable of instructing cases, conducting legal research, and drafting. - Proficiency in French with very good knowledge of German.
