IT Technician CFC 100% – Permanent Contract

As part of the development of its services, CMA X 100% (M/F) – CDI. CMA X is a large ski area as well as a network of 10 mountain restaurants. In this unique context combining technical infrastructure and hospitality at altitude, we are looking for a versatile, autonomous CFC on-site to ensure the proper functioning of the systems of our various missions.Field support and service desk: - Registration and follow-up of incidents and requests (via ticket, phone, email, or other alerts)- Resolution of incidents and requests remotely or on-site offices restaurants and updating of workstations and peripherals (PCs, printers, structured network cabling, management of network cabinets, maintenance of access lists and management of network access accounts, mailboxes, and rights (Microsoft 365, Active Directory)- Support for and from professional mobile phones, notably the duplication of the IT infrastructure on-site (switches, routers, Wi-Fi networks, payment terminals, coordinating with external parties for projects and support for the evolution of the inventory park (security, telephony, regular relocations between different sites (by car or gondola depending on the season)YOUR PROFILE- CFC or equivalent recognized- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role, ideally in a multi-site environment- Excellent mastery of Microsoft environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory)- Good network knowledge: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VLAN- Comfortable in a sometimes demanding technical environment (altitude, peak activity conditions in season)- Ability to move by ski between different high-altitude sites- Knowledge in structured cabling as well as basic electrical concepts.- Driving license required, personal vehicle: knowledge of cash register software (TC POS and Lightspeed), management softwareQUALITIES- Service-oriented mindset and excellent team spirit- Great autonomy, spirit, and rigor- Ability to manage multiple requests in parallel, even if X, and flexibility: you enjoy troubleshooting software bugs as much as installing a payment terminal in a mountain restaurant- Availability to work on weekends, especially during the winter peak season.- Technical curiosity and willingness to grow in a unique environmentOUR BENEFITS- Ski pass offered on-site (value included in salary and subject to social contributions)- Annual ski equipment revision- Bonus X every 5 years- 5 weeks of vacation- Opportunity to join the CMA X Association for discounts in several establishments in the region (restaurants, wellness center, …)If you are looking for an exciting new professional challenge, please send us your complete application package (cover letter, CV, diplomas, work references) via Jobup or to the email address until April 29. jid7367d3faen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
