As a member of our service team, you are at the heart of our operations and are responsible for the following tasks: Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting of a demanding network; Develop and maintain a trust-based relationship with our clients by providing them with high-quality professional service; Act as a link between our clients and various services; Follow maintenance plans and ensure the performance of our services on call approximately every 5 weeks. Your background and talents: You hold a federal diploma in a technical field (mechanics, electricity) and have several years of experience as a technician in the elevator sector; You reside in the area between Payerne, Estavayer-le-Lac, and Avenches; You possess a driver's license; Autonomous and structured, you work meticulously; Dynamic and entrepreneurial, you have an excellent team spirit; You communicate calmly and are attentive to our clients’ needs.
