We offer you the opportunity to discover an exciting job at the heart of interdisciplinarity, within a team of therapists at the Hospital Department of Lavigny, we are looking for: Responsible for the teams of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy at 80%. Your mission: Lead the teams (about 30 people) and coordinate the activities of the physiotherapy and occupational therapy services, promoting an approach with primary responsibilities: Ensure management and the quality of the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services, together with the head of the Therapy Pole. Guarantee the quality of services according to the mission and values of the institution, in order to ensure optimal care for patients and residents. Contribute to the development and implementation of projects and objectives (service / Therapy Pole / Department), ensuring follow-up and provided resources. Unite the teams around common objectives and put in place the means necessary to achieve the objectives of your service.We are looking for: A degree in Occupational Therapy HES, a degree in Physiotherapy HES, or an equivalent title (recognition by the Red Cross is required if the title is foreign). A minimum of 5 years professional experience, experience in neurology would be a plus and knowledge in the area of intellectual disabilities and management of proximity, or interest in training. Demonstrated leadership, the ability to unite, skills in managing and leading teams. Ability to work in an interprofessional team and the capacity to promote interdisciplinarity. Sense of initiative and sense of responsibility.
