With the current holder on long-term leave, we are looking for a: Customer Service Temporary Contract at 100% Your mission: From our office in Mont-sur-Lausanne, you will ensure the follow-up of the maintenance of our water treatment devices and provide first-level after-sales support. In this position, you contribute to maintaining high-quality service for our clients and participate in the growth of our commitment to quality service by providing clear and responsive answers to customer inquiries.
