Open 7 days a week, La Brasserie de la Bourse offers a traditional menu with local products and seasonal dishes to over 200 guests each day, in a warm atmosphere. Full-time permanent contract at 100% with follow-up on customer orders. Management of the workstation and initial tasks. Team management. Ensure compliance with internal hygiene and workplace safety standards. Experience of over 2 years in a client-solution position. Very good command of French; other languages are a plus.
