Prototype Polymecanic Technician

Permanent contract - Full time Polymecanic Prototype Technician (m/f) Desired profile: Micromechanic / Polymecanic diploma or equivalent Proven experience in CNC machining within a high-precision environment Good knowledge of Willemin-Macodel machines Mastery of machining in 3, 4, and 5 axes, reading plans and CAD/CAM Experience in watchmaking or in the micromechanics field, ideally on casing or movement components Autonomous, rigorous, proactive personality, with a good team spirit Experience in grinding, lapping, and knowledge of GibbsCAM software Main responsibilities: Machine watch components in single pieces or small series Ensure adjustment and setup on CNC machining centers, particularly on Willemin-Macodel machines Intervene on 3, 4, and 5 axis machining and optimize existing programs Provide essential technical support for the development of new products, in close collaboration with the technical office Ensure the quality of produced parts through rigorous monitoring of tolerances, in-process inspections, and continuous checks Actively participate in machining methods, cycle times, and process reliability We offer: A dynamic and stimulating work environment Opportunities for development based on your capabilities and investment Good working conditions jidc16ed45aen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
