The Fribourg Red Cross (CRF) is a cantonal organization founded in , a member of the Swiss Red Cross. With around 160 employees and 490 volunteers, our institution is active in the fields of health, and social services. We act in favor of all vulnerable individuals, respecting the fundamental principles of the Red Cross. To strengthen our team in the Textiles service, we are looking for a Social and Professional Master. Your missionAs part of an integration program, you will provide guidance and socio-professional support to participants engaged in activity programs (shops and sorting center). You will actively contribute to their skill development and their reintegration into the job market. Main responsibilitiesField guidance and support- Welcome, supervise, and support participants in their daily activities- Ensure regular presence on different sites- Support field teams in supervising participants- Ensure adherence to the framework, rules, and objectives- Identify and manage difficulties (absences, conflicts, and skill development)Professional integration and individual follow-up- Assist participants in their job search- Conduct regular individual interviews- Identify skills and define reintegration objectives- Support the drafting of files and preparation for interviews- Collaborate with network stakeholders (ARE coaches, partners)- Prepare end-of-program assessments and manage file follow-up (PET, LEMT, MIS, TIG)- Collaborate with Employment Offices and the Public Employment Service- Participate in follow-up meetings and colloquiums- Prepare necessary elements for audits and controls- Ensure regular reporting- Perform tasks related to the functionYour profile- Socio-professional diploma or equivalent- Experience in socio-professional support- Experience in professional integration and coaching- Experience in a commercial environment (ideally retail)- Fluent in French- Good command of standard office tools- Knowledge of the ORP / SPE network- Skills in organization and priority management- Ability to work across multiple sites and with various stakeholders- Excellent communication skills and conflict management abilities- Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience to stress- Sense of responsibility- Adherence to the values of the Red CrossWe offer- A meaningful role in a recognized institution- An engaged work environment focused on social impact- Conditions suitable for the sector and opportunities for professional development.- Start date: June 1 or to be agreed upon.Applications accompanied by a CV, a photo, and the usual documents should be sent to us via Jobup by April 24. jidc328fffaen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
