This role is central to shapinghow we understand, segment, and prioritize our markets globally,and to ensuring that these insights are translated into actionableguidance for multiple use cases across the organization. Mainresponsibilities - Lead the development and evolution of marketsegmentation models, leveraging customer interviews and qualitativeinsights, market studies and research, quantitative data and marketintelligence - Ensure alignment and consistency of segmentationapproaches across geographies, business units, and strategicinitiatives - Translate segmentation outputs into actionableinsights that support value proposition tailoring and otherstrategic and operational use cases - Lead and coordinate strategicmarketing projects, acting as an integrator by leveraging andsynthesizing insights from market intelligence, competitiveintelligence, studies, and external research - Collaborate closelywith cross‐functional teams - such as Technical Units, VerticalMarket Managers, and country organizations - to ensure alignmentwith overall marketing strategy and objectives Your Profile -Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field -8 years plus of professional experience in strategic marketing,business strategy, consulting, within the B2B environment - Strongknowledge of the buildings / smart buildings industry, includingmarket dynamics, customer ecosystem, competitive landscape, andmain solution portfolios and offerings - Proven experience inmarket segmentation, effectively leveraging and integrating market,customer, and competitive insights to deliver actionable outputsfor practical business use case - Good knowledge of the mostrelevant segmentation methodologies/ frameworks - Experienceoperating in a complex, matrixed organization, engaging withmultiple stakeholders and channels to market - Proven projectleadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreamsand stakeholders simultaneously - Strong project management skillsand the ability to work effectively in a cross‐functional, globalteam environment - Excellent written and verbal communicationskills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly andconvincingly, including to senior management.
- Strong proficiencyin MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity withadditional tools supporting segmentation and analytical work.
