Client Service Director - Creative Excellence - Geneva

Job Description

The Client Service Director will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Contribute & drive turnover to meet budget set for the team
    • Retain and grow the business with accountability on structural clients
    • Contribute to the commercial roadmap and monitor commercial activations
    • Understand the client’s organization and build-up solid relationship with key contacts
  • Leadership role within Creative Excellence team
    • Drive performance, managing ways of working, optimised workload, ensure team ownership and responsibility
    • Role of mentoring to grow the team expertise -> with regular feedback to team membersand organizing trainings
    • Working closely with the project management team
  • Deliver a high level of consultancy to clients on the creative excellence journey, from early stage to in-market evaluation:
    • Understand the category and business dynamics
    • Consult with client to identify needs and shape most relevant research and learning plan
    • Interface with other Ipsos Services lines and global dedicated teams in the Ipsos organisation to ultimately deliver more holistic perspective to client.
    • Be a trusted creative advisor and partner for your clients.
  • Drive knowledge & culture of collaboration
    • Inspire the team by sharing learning, expertise and knowledge
    • Be vocal within Ipsos organisation and outside to build the fame of the creative excellence expertise in Switzerland

The desired skills and experiences to become a client service director at Ipsos creative excellence:

  • University degree preferably in marketing/market research, social sciences, communication sciences or similar
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience within market research agencies
  • Client management skills with ability to deliver outstanding attention and services to the client.
  • Commercial excellence acumen
  • Excellent ability to communicate and liaise with a variety of different internal and external senior stakeholders.
  • Solid market analysis skills, from data to insights
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and entrepreneurship spirit
  • Collaborative and supportive mindset
  • International minded and multicultural oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion for creativity, advertising, touch points, media, digital with professional experience in the domain
  • Other languages than English are an advantage.
