A reputable Trust company in Zurich is looking for an experienced Trust Administrator.
Responsibilites:
- To be autonomous and have knowledges for administrative activities for international financial, holding and real estate companies, trusts and foundations
- To support and advice international clients and contact (usually in English or German) with contacts in relation with mandates
- To know how to handle administrative tasks and to make sure of the quality of the compliance with business and law related guidelines
- Capturing, monitoring and managing customer informations via our virtual system
- To participate internally to project work in relation with customer
Requirements:
- Federal Certificate of Professional Expertise in Trust Management, Economics or comparable training
- Complete STEP training (TEP completion)
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a Trust or related services for High-Net-Worth Individuals
- Entrepreneurial Mindset, service and team spirit and professional resiliency
- Reliable, aware and efficient are qualities absolutely needed
- Fluent German and very good English skills are necessary
