To further accelerate our growth with our brands N&D and Vet Life in Germany/Austria , we are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales & Field Force (m/w/d) to lead our regional sales organization and drive market expansion.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for Germany and Austria , managing strategic customer relationships, and leading a high-performing field sales team across the pet specialty, veterinary and breeder channels .

This position offers the opportunity to shape Farmina’s growth in two strategically important markets , working closely with international leadership and cross-functional teams.
