Site Manager / SIM

Position
Your main responsibility is to ensure a professional and reliable outage and inspection site management for our Service Business based on broad knowledge & passion for our GT26 gas turbines.
Your Tasks
- Manage international field teams on power plant outages in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East
- Ensuring strict compliance with Ansaldo Energia's environmental, health and safety policies
- Ensuring dedicated project control on-site in terms of quality, time and cost
- Representing Ansaldo Energia towards clients, partners, sub-contractors and local authorities
- Organization and implementation of site kick-off meetings, daily coordination and feedback meetings with all parties involved on-site
- Working closely with other Ansaldo Energia departments, local Ansaldo organizations, field staff, suppliers and subcontractors
- Setting tasks and priorities including deadlines for the site team
- Ensuring the provision of local resources and material for planned and unplanned work
