East Switzerland (Field-Based)

Kinara Group are partnering with a global leader in musculoskeletal innovation and surgical technologies as they continue to expand their presence across Switzerland.

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth across Eastern Switzerland, focusing on a portfolio of spinal implants, robotics, imaging, and navigation systems within hospital environments.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving adoption of both capital equipment and implant solutions across hospitals in the region.

You will operate in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment, working closely with surgeons, procurement, and hospital leadership to introduce new technologies and increase procedural usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full sales cycles across capital equipment and implant portfolios
  • Drive adoption of robotics, imaging, and navigation technologies
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders
  • Manage installations and ensure strong utilisation within the first 90 days
  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Collaborate with specialist teams across implants and enabling technologies
  • Develop and maintain key opinion leader (KOL) relationships

Your Background

  • 5+ years’ experience in medical device or capital equipment sales
  • Strong knowledge of the operating room and surgical workflows
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience introducing new technologies into hospitals is highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Fluent German speaker (Swiss German advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel across East Switzerland
