At Longevity Center , we are building a premium, international longevity & healthcare brand operating across Switzerland and the rest of Europe combining medicine, science, and advanced technology to deliver personalized programs for demanding clients.

Now, we are looking for someone to develop and scale our B2B business in Zurich .

The role

This is a B2B growth role focused on building strategic partnerships and unlocking new high-value client channels.

You will work with partners such as:

  • private clinics
  • luxury hotels
  • concierge services
  • corporate clients
  • family offices

The goal: create long-term, high-quality client acquisition channels , not one-off sales.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and owning the B2B sales pipeline in Zurich
  • Identifying and closing strategic partnerships in premium segments
  • Developing relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Creating scalable client acquisition channels through partnerships
  • Driving high-value deals and long-term commercial agreements
  • Collaborating on tailored offerings for partners and their clients
  • Continuously optimizing performance and conversion

Who this is for

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
  • Proven track record in building partnerships or closing complex deals
  • Experience working with premium, luxury, or high-value segments
  • Strong ability to operate in relationship-driven environments
  • Ability to work with high-net-worth international clients (via partners)
  • Highly proactive, independent, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)

Background in private banking, luxury hospitality, corporate partnerships, or high-end advisory is highly relevant.
