Job Title: School Management Assistant 50% (approx. 20-25 hours/week during the school term)

In this diverse role, presence is especially required during school weeks. Overtime can be compensated during school holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Support school management with administrative tasks.
  • Handle various organizational tasks.
  • Manage filing systems and conduct controlling tasks.
  • Handling correspondence and planning activities.
  • Taking on material and controlling tasks.

Qualifications

  • At least commercial basic training (KV apprenticeship).
  • Confident German in spoken and written form.
  • Solid IT user skills (Windows Office programs).
  • Quick comprehension and a very independent working style.
  • Flexibility, communication flair, and resilience.
