Job Title: School Management Assistant 50% (approx. 20-25 hours/week during the school term)
In this diverse role, presence is especially required during school weeks. Overtime can be compensated during school holidays.
Responsibilities
- Support school management with administrative tasks.
- Handle various organizational tasks.
- Manage filing systems and conduct controlling tasks.
- Handling correspondence and planning activities.
- Taking on material and controlling tasks.
Qualifications
- At least commercial basic training (KV apprenticeship).
- Confident German in spoken and written form.
- Solid IT user skills (Windows Office programs).
- Quick comprehension and a very independent working style.
- Flexibility, communication flair, and resilience.
