Team Lead, Bern

We are looking for an engaging and inspiring Team Lead to join our growing team. The role is based in our Bern office and includes responsibility for both the Bern and our newly opened Basel office. In this role, you will lead our efforts within both the Contractor and Owner segments, guiding a talented team while driving growth in a strategically important market. You’ll become part of a close-knit group of professionals with deep expertise in the ConTech industry, where collaboration, innovation, and shared ambition are at the heart of our success.

Responsibilities

As a Team Lead, you drive revenue growth, customer retention, and expansion within the contractor segment. You are adept at translating company strategy into clear, local execution plans and measurable OKRs, effectively driving adoption of best practices and scalable processes across the area.

In addition to these core functions, you will:

• Lead and develop the team – Coach, support, and inspire a skilled team consisting both of commercial Sales Executives and technical Customer Success Managers.
• Strengthen customer relationships – Understand client needs and build long‑term partnerships, while ensuring consistent pipeline generation.
• Negotiate and secure business – Lead negotiations and design strategies that contribute to sustainable growth.
• Build market presence – Represent Dalux at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications

We are seeking a people‑first colleague with experience in managing teams and a strong commercial background, ideally within SaaS and the construction industry. Your technical understanding of BIM and other relevant SaaS solutions within the ConTech industry enables you to guide your team in daily operations. You combine commercial drive with a genuine passion for developing people and fostering a collaborative, ambitious culture. You are fluent German and English, and bring the professionalism and credibility needed to engage with experienced stakeholders. Previous experience from a scale‑up is a huge plus, as we are growing fast.
