Seasonal Steward – April to September (m/w/d)

Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern is seeking a Seasonal Steward to support our Steward team throughout the high season. The position is temporary and entry‑level.

Location: Luzern, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning, storage, and preparation of cutlery, glass, crockery, porcelain, and cooking utensils.
• Cleaning all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors, and walls.
• Proper handling and use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Waste disposal in accordance with company guidelines.
• Proper storage, maintenance, and handling of equipment.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in the cleaning sector within upscale hospitality.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and self‑reliant work style.
• Flexibility and ability to work during weekends and holidays.
• Good manners and high quality awareness.
• Open‑mindedness, sense of responsibility, and teamwork.
• Good German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Work permission in Switzerland (EU/EFTA passport).
