Hotel & Spa Silberhorn, a renowned hotel located in the heart of the beautiful Swiss Alps in Wengen, is seeking a dedicated and reliable A la carte Chef / Sous Chef (m/f/d) to join our team for the current summer season.

Your Responsibilities
- Kitchen Station Management – Independently manage and organize your assigned kitchen station, ensuring efficient preparation and smooth daily operations.
- Mise en Place – Prepare and execute the daily mise en place with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Product Preparation & Presentation – Creatively process and present high-quality ingredients in line with the hotel's culinary standards.
- Food Quality & Consistency – Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation throughout preparation and service.
- Service Coordination – Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team during service to support a smooth and efficient workflow.
- HACCP & Hygiene Standards – Comply with and implement HACCP standards, maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.

What we expect
- Chef Training & Experience – Completed vocational training as a chef (EFZ or equivalent), with professional experience in a similar role.
- Independent Working Style – Work independently and in a structured manner, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Language Skills – German language skills are required; additional languages are welcome.
- Team-Oriented Mindset – Enjoy varied tasks and working collaboratively as part of a motivated kitchen team.
