Process Engineer Fill & Finish (m/f/d)

In this role, you will help plan and execute the design and delivery of state-of-the-art GMP-compliant production facilities for aseptic filling. You collaborate across disciplines to resolve complex layout and process challenges, while ensuring regulatory compliance and project success. You will own project deliverables, coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers, and promote engineering excellence. This position offers impact across the full project lifecycle in a global, life-changing pharma context.

• Design and develop production facilities for aseptic filling (vials, syringes, freeze-drying) from concept to handover
• Resolve complex technical challenges in facility layouts, material flows, and supporting utility processes
• Prepare and maintain GMP-compliant engineering documentation and specifications across project phases
• Own project deliverables within scope, budget, schedule, quality, and procurement
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers through RFP, FAT/SAT, commissioning and handover
• Ensure GMP, quality, and regulatory compliance while promoting continuous improvement and best practices

• Initial professional experience in pharmaceutical engineering, facility design, project engineering, or pharmaceutical manufacturing in a GMP environment
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical regulations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in project planning, cost estimation and control, schedule management, and technical procurement
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally
• Excellent German and English written and spoken skills
