In this role you help clients navigate data-driven decision making by designing and delivering data and AI transformations. You will shape data strategies, lead complex analytics programs, and guide cross-functional teams through production-grade implementations. You’ll build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Develop data strategies to support business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars
- Design complex data and analytics transformations with architectural and organizational guidance
- Drive data and AI use cases from concept to production
- Maintain and grow client relationships and contribute to business development
- Coach and lead nearshore/offshore teams to ensure project success
- Lead technical workshops and provide clear business explanations of system integrations
- Grow expertise across industries and share knowledge within the Deloitte team
- Strong engineering and/or mathematics background
- Solid experience with Python; R is a plus
- Experience delivering Generative AI, AI, ML and/or Analytics solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP
- Familiarity with LLMs and related cloud services
- Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks and Dataiku
- Experience with PowerBI and Tableau is a plus
- Fluent in English; German and/or French highly preferred
- 3+ years of practical experience in consulting, tech, or data-driven roles
- Previous sector experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Science or Healthcare advantageous
- Strong MS PowerPoint skills for meaningful presentations
- Business-IT translation and requirement analysis
- Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and lead technical workshops
