Overview
In this role you support UBS’s IB Global Markets by delivering practical legal guidance to trading teams. You will shape regulatory responses, product launches, and cross-border matters while maintaining close collaboration with Compliance and other Legal units. The position combines advisory, negotiating, and external counsel management to enable business initiatives. You will work in a global, inclusive culture and engage with diverse market activities.

- Advise trading department on legal matters across FX, rates, and precious metals
- Support project work and product launches, including electronic trading and blockchain initiatives
- Handle financial market regulatory matters and ensure compliance with Swiss and international rules
- Negotiate client and market participant agreements
- Instruct and manage external counsel in Switzerland and abroad
- Collaborate with Compliance and other UBS Legal teams to provide integrated support
- Law degree and Swiss bar admission
- Professional experience in a law firm or inhouse legal department, preferably in finance
