Overview
In this Delivery Consultant role, you design, implement, and manage AI/ML and GenAI solutions for enterprise customers on AWS. You lead customer-focused teams, applying best practices across the ML project lifecycle to drive successful cloud adoption. You combine deep technical expertise with advisory skills to shape scalable, secure AI/ML architectures and migrations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional groups to deliver measurable business outcomes and share knowledge across the ProServe team.

- Lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from business needs to deployment and monitoring
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance ML pipelines and secure workloads
- Architect scalable ML and MLOps solutions on AWS and leverage GenAI where suitable
- Collaborate with Applied Science, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Applications teams to operationalize data and models
- Serve as trusted advisor on AI/ML and cloud architectures and provide guidance on industry trends
- Mentor and disseminate best practices through training, reusable artifacts, and knowledge sharing
- Ensure solutions meet industry standards and support customers' AI/ML and cloud strategies
- 5+ years of enterprise technology architecture delivery with influence over technical teams and governance of architecture on large transformation programs
- Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture/engineering as demonstrated in enterprise-scale transformations
