Manager GBS

As a Manager in Advisory, you will identify opportunities and steer strategic programs across sectors, delivering high-quality transformation projects and shaping operating models. You will work with senior decision-makers to articulate value, drive ROI, and lead cross-functional teams. This role blends strategy, delivery, and business development to grow the practice and influence multi-industry outcomes. You will engage with clients to implement new operating models and ensure adoption through change management. This is a chance to impact large-scale GBS transformations and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
• Lead and deliver transformation projects end-to-end
• Contribute to practice growth through business development and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate across industries to originate impactful projects and engage senior stakeholders
• Design GBS strategies, service delivery models, and governance frameworks
• Lead process mapping, technology assessment, implementation, and outsourcing
• Facilitate workshops and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Support service transitions, application migration, and change management
• Develop business cases, analyze financial data, and model costs to drive ROI and savings

• 7+ years in the GBS/Outsourcing industry
• Knowledge of the Swiss market and established client relationships
• At least 5 years of consulting experience with pipeline building, project management, and team leadership
• Proven track record in GBS setups and transformations (shared services: Procurement, Supply Chain, FP&A, HR, IT)
• Ability to adapt and take ownership of tasks
• Fluent in English and German; French an asset
• Preferred: experience in finance transformation and process optimization
• Familiarity with automation use cases and ERP products like S/4HANA
