(Senior) Consultant - Business Consulting - Financial Services Regulatory Focus

In this role you join EY’s Business Consulting team to drive strategic, regulatory-driven transformation for Financial Services clients in Switzerland. You will work on programs spanning Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management, turning regulatory requirements into practical business and technology solutions. You’ll collaborate across compliance, risk, finance, and IT to design and implement target operating models and process improvements. • Support or lead transformation programs addressing regulatory change, operations improvement, or compliance for Swiss and global financial services clients
• Translate regulatory requirements into concrete business and technology solutions
• Analyze organizations, processes and data to identify optimization levers for a compliant operating model
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business needs
• Contribute to design and implementation of target operating models and process improvements
• Apply EY methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery
• Present findings and recommendations to client executives
• Assist with business development, including proposal writing and client presentations

• Experience in consulting, financial services, or project management up to 5 years
• Willingness to develop expertise in financial regulation and transformation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and working on implementation projects is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional German or Swiss German language skills are a plus
