Independent Partner / Recruitment Consultant

In this role you drive cross-border growth for Norman Alex from the Geneva office, partnering with clients in Financial Services or Executive Search to expand the firm’s international footprint. You will operate in an entrepreneurial, revenue-driven environment with strong branding and team support, potentially as self-employed or on a salaried basis. Your impact comes from acquiring clients, shaping multi-market engagements, and leveraging the firm’s network across Europe, the US, and Latin America. • At least 5 years' experience in Financial Services or Executive Search
• Proven track record in international business development
• Fluency in French/English is preferred; multilingual advantage (German, Italian)
• Based in Switzerland or able to work remotely from other locations
• Ability to operate in a competitive environment with high autonomy
