As Production Team Leader Welding, you guide welding operations to meet production goals while developing a skilled team. You ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and you drive continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma. You collaborate across Quality, Engineering, and Planning to resolve issues and optimize processes. This role sits at the heart of operational excellence within a global, innovative vacuum technology company.
Verantwortungsbereiche- Lead daily welding operations to meet production plans and targets
- Supervise the welding team with clear task allocation and ongoing development
- Ensure compliance with welding procedures, quality standards, and technical specs
- Promote workplace safety, conduct regular checks, and address risks proactively
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production Planning to resolve issues and improve processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
- Foster a positive, accountable, high-performing team environment
- Fluency in German is mandatory
