Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer (80-100%)

In this role you will design, implement and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions to enable seamless communication across Lombard Odier. You will work with stakeholders to define architecture, ensure high service availability, and drive user adoption through documentation and training. The position sits at the intersection of technology and business enablement, supporting a private and institutional client-focused environment. You will contribute to ongoing improvements and stay current with Microsoft 365 developments to deliver valuable collaboration experiences.

• Contribute to projects implementing and enhancing Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions
• Define software and technical architectures using Microsoft 365 services
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to foster teamwork
• Create and maintain project documentation and deliverables
• Ensure high availability and performance of collaboration tools
• Troubleshoot issues with the collaboration platform and share best practices
• Develop user guides, training materials, and adoption sessions
• Stay informed on Microsoft 365 developments and best practices
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative collaboration solutions

• Apprenticeship or Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or relevant field
• 1+ year experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
• Hands-on automation experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
• Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Exchange Online is an advantage
• Relevant industry certifications are an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and independently manage projects and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
