CAPEX Project Manager - Industrialization

In this role you will lead CAPEX investments and industrialization initiatives at the Haag site, driving scalable, efficient production with a strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to align projects with site and business strategy, delivering on time and within budget while improving workflows. You’ll train and qualify staff on new processes and present investment cases to senior management. This is a hands-on role that shapes manufacturing capabilities and supports global growth in a high-precision environment.

• Lead CAPEX investment deployments aligned with site strategy
• Drive industrialization to optimize, standardize and scale production processes
• Collaborate across functions to improve workflows and design sustainable processes
• Train and qualify employees impacted by new/modified processes
• Deliver projects on scope, budget and schedule with transparent cost/schedule reporting
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and present updates, investment cases, and performance reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Contribute to departmental improvement initiatives and continuous improvement

• Technical education in engineering or equivalent practical experience in an industrial environment
• Proven experience managing CAPEX investment and process optimization projects
• Solid understanding of Lean methodologies and process improvement tools
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills in industrialization and process design
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English
• Effective communication and collaboration across functions and teams
• Ability to work independently and drive innovative solutions in a project-driven environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
