Associate - Procurement

In this role you will join client service teams to own a workstream and help develop purchasing strategies for clients across Europe. You will apply global sourcing and supplier development know-how to give clients a competitive edge while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a high-performance culture, offering mentorship and structured learning to accelerate your leadership growth. • Own and deliver a workstream solving client challenges in procurement
• Develop purchasing strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients across Europe across multiple business areas
• Support and advise on global sourcing, e-procurement, supplier development, and purchasing organization design
• Engage in training and mentoring programs to build capabilities within the team

• PhD, MBA or Master’s degree with outstanding academic record
• 2+ years of strategic purchasing/supply management experience
• Strong organization and ability to run tasks independently
• Excellent communication and adaptability to senior stakeholders
• Ability to produce work-product outputs (PowerPoint decks, Excel models, etc.)
• Exceptional time management in autonomous environments
• Willingness to travel and work in varied environments
• Preferred: working/studying experience in Switzerland; German (C1 Zurich) or French (C1 Geneva) and English fluency
