Production Supervisor IPU B&S (80 - 100%) f/m/d

In this role you lead a multidisciplinary production and logistics team within the IPU BUY&SELL unit to transform parts into ABB products efficiently. You plan and oversee daily production, testing, and shipping to meet customer SLAs and SQDCP targets. You coordinate subassembly, field returns, and disposition with Quality, Engineering, and Service to ensure product quality and compliance. You drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies to optimize workflows, productivity, and overall operations.

• Lead a cross-functional production and logistics team handling spare parts picking, packing, and shipping, UPS order fulfillment, PCBA testing, field returns, and subassembly production
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production, testing, and logistics to ensure on-time order fulfillment and achievement of SQDCP objectives
• Manage subassembly manufacturing and field return activities, coordinating with Quality, Engineering, and Service for inspection, testing, rework, and disposition
• Drive operational excellence via Lean Continuous Improvement to eliminate waste, optimize layouts, and boost productivity

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, with experience as Production Supervisor, Team Leader, or Production Coordinator
• Proven track record leading production teams and achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity targets
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills; proactive and results-oriented
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills; ability to engage and develop people
