Senior Consultant – Ethical Hacker in Cyber Risk Services

You join a global cybersecurity practice to help clients secure applications and infrastructure. You perform web and mobile penetration testing, contribute to secure software development, and share expertise across teams. You will document findings clearly and advise on remediation, while growing your penetration testing skills with the latest tools and methodologies. This role combines technical delivery with business development support in a collaborative, inclusive environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful security outcomes for diverse clients.

• Conduct penetration tests for web and mobile applications and other security assessments
• Document findings in high-quality reports and present remediation steps to clients
• Share expertise on red teaming, secure software development, and attack surface management
• Participate in team problem solving and propose solutions to client issues
• Support business development through understanding client problems and helping design responses

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally as a penetration tester
• Experience with CTFs, Hack The Box, or bug bounty programs
• Bachelor or Master in computer science or related field with strong academic record
• Solid understanding of OWASP Top 10; OSCP or OSWE certifications are a strong advantage
• Fluent in English; German and/or French a plus
