Overview
As Transfer Pricing Manager you will lead multi-country TP projects for multinational groups within Financial Services. You will shape and optimize business models, drive global strategies, and advise on governance, documentation, and dispute resolution. This role involves coordinating with senior stakeholders, collaborating across a global TP network, and delivering tailored cross-border solutions. You will help win work, develop service offerings, and train stakeholders, making a measurable impact on client value and compliance. This is a high-impact, leadership-focused role in a global advisory practice.

- Develop concepts to optimize business models and oversee global implementation
- Scope, plan, and deliver TP solutions for leading companies across industries
- Review global value chains to identify client needs and craft tailored solutions
- Advise on transfer pricing policies, governance, documentation, and technology solutions
- Support dispute resolution assignments and negotiate with tax authorities
- Contribute to business development by winning work and expanding service offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams and leverage the global TP network
- Provide training and guidance on transfer pricing principles
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of Transfer Pricing experience in consultancy or Financial Services
- Proven experience managing multi-country TP projects
- Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and local tax regulations
- Fluent in English; German proficiency strongly preferred, French a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data and draft analyses
- Advanced MS Excel; TP software experience a plus
- Leadership ability and responsibility for teams or areas of expertise
