Overview
In this role you will lead the conceptual design phase for machine architecture and ensure solutions meet requirements. You will guide the development team, define prototype qualification plans, and drive testing and commissioning at customer sites. You’ll contribute to product sustaining efforts, set production test criteria, and provide technical guidance to achieve timely objectives. Your expertise in servo regulation will shape high-precision motion systems within a dynamic, international environment.

- Master degree in control or mechatronics engineering
- Typically 5 years in a similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical-electrical coupling, vibration dynamics, thermo-mechanics
- Proficiency with MATLAB/SIMULINK
- Knowledge of real-time applications and programming languages: C, C++
- Project management knowledge; autonomous and team-oriented
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English
