R&D Manager

In this role you will drive dairy product innovation from concept to commercialization within an international setting. You lead development and optimization across multiple categories, shaping portfolio growth and product quality. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver launches and continuous improvements focused on quality, cost, and sustainability. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven position in a dynamic, innovation‑led environment.

• Lead development and optimization of new and existing dairy products from concept to commercialization
• Manage and support innovation projects including recipe development, process trials, and scale-up to full production
• Collaborate with production, quality, marketing, and procurement to ensure successful product launches
• Drive continuous improvement of formulations, processes, and ingredients with focus on quality, cost, and sustainability

• Proven experience in a food manufacturing environment, ideally dairy
• Strong background in product development with hands-on recipe formulation and factory trials
• Solid understanding of production processes and translating R&D concepts into scalable manufacturing solutions
• Fluency in German is essential; English required; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to operate in an international environment with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
