Overview
In this role you will analyze business requirements and implement them in a modern IT environment, focusing on Core Card Management. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert and contribute to the extension of our core card applications. You’ll provide 3rd level support and participate in on-call duties within an agile Client & Card Management team. You’ll work on knowledge-building across the application landscape and help shape scalable, robust components for card processing workflows.

- Perform technical analysis of business requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into actionable IT solutions
- Prepare impact analyses and estimates for various projects
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Core Card Management in internal and cross-application initiatives
- Develop and extend core card applications by leveraging knowledge of the existing landscape
- Provide 3rd level support for Core Card Management and participate in on-call duty
- CMM products ACI-Issuer and ACI-Interchange excellent knowledge
- COBOL, DB2 (SQL) proficiency
- ChangeMan and UrbanCodeDeployment experience
- JCL, Control-M, CICS, VSAM, z/OS strong knowledge
- Confluence and Jira proficient
- PCI DSS 4.0 standards expertise
- Java / Spring Boot / Maven / Jenkins / Git knowledge
- strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- experience in agile environments (e.g., ScrumMaster)
- banking/card processing experience advantageous
- English C1 and German B1 language skills
