Forward Deployed Engineer

In this role, you lead the design, build, and deployment of agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments, guiding a delivery pod to production-ready outcomes. You act as a senior technical voice, mentor engineers, and translate complex customer needs into scalable AI solutions. You will work closely with a Deployment Strategist to orchestrate end-to-end delivery across data integration, model-driven agents, and production observability. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering leadership role at scale, shaping how key enterprises adopt AI. You join a mission‑driven team delivering impactful AI experiences with a strong emphasis on production quality and customer outcomes.

• Design and build AI agents and experiences from architecture to production, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and system integrations
• Develop and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms; monitor agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting
• Lead PoCs and MVPs from concept to deployable in days, collaborating with customers and partners and sharing best practices
• Serve as a senior technical voice, surfacing gaps and edge cases to product teams; mentor junior engineers and translate customer challenges into deployable solutions
• Lead end-to-end technical deliveries with a focus on production-grade quality and customer impact

• 7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with multiple production systems
• Experience in AI tech stacks, full-stack development, or working with frontier LLMs at scale
• Extensive customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering
• Fluency in two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, data modelling, APIs, and integration patterns
• English plus German or French (spoken and written) and willingness to travel ~25%
