Overview
In this role you help clients transform their business through SAP-driven solutions. You will assess needs, design and implement SAP OTC capabilities, and integrate SAP with existing IT landscapes. You’ll work on large-scale projects across Switzerland and abroad, often as a sub-project manager, shaping implementations from concept to operations. The position sits within Deloitte’s SAP team, which blends transformation with cutting-edge tech like GenAI, blockchain, and IoT to boost performance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with opportunities to travel and collaborate globally.

- Assess client needs and design customized SAP solutions
- Develop and extend SAP standard software and integrate with client IT landscape
- Lead or support sub-project management within new SAP implementations
- Work on SAP modules and domains across OTC, planning, and supply chain
- Develop customer applications and integrate various software solutions
- Engage with cross-functional teams and communicate between technical and business stakeholders
- University degree (Master's, MBA or PhD)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a SAP environment
- Exposure to S/4HANA is advantageous
- Experience in one or more SAP OTC or plan-to-make domains (e.g., S/4HANA MM, EWM, TM, BRIM, GTS, ARIBA)
- Ability to travel within Switzerland and abroad and to communicate in German and English
