Overview
In this role you guide teams in designing and delivering innovative software solutions and act as a trusted technical contact for clients. You participate across the full project lifecycle, shape technical architecture and DevSecOps practices, and help set development guidelines. You will lead development teams within agile environments and mentor more junior engineers. - Guide design and delivery of innovative software solutions
- Act as technical point of contact for clients
- Participate in full project lifecycle from requirements to go-live and support
- Contribute to technical architecture, technology selection, and CI/CD setup
- Lead development team with agile methodologies and DevSecOps
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Degree from a technical institute, university, or higher education school with at least 7 years of experience in analysis, design, and development
- Proven experience leading teams and working on Agile projects
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevSecOps culture
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security
- Frontend experience with Angular or React
- Knowledge of web architectures, REST services, and database design
- Security best practices (OWASP) and authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenID, JWT)
- Cloud experience (Azure and/or AWS) with Docker and Kubernetes
- Fluency in French and English (minimum C1); German is a plus
