Overview
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you own key accounts and shape joint business plans to align customer success with Reckitt's growth. You will work at the frontline of commercial excellence, driving sales growth and optimizing the customer journey. Expect a dynamic, cross-functional environment focused on category optimization and impactful partnerships. You will collaborate with Trade Marketing and other teams to maximize reach and profitability. This role offers the chance to influence brand performance across a multinational portfolio and develop into a strategic, customer-centric leader.

- Independently manage and develop key accounts with full ownership
- Prepare annual business reviews, present new product launches, and adapt strategies
- Create customer presentations and coordinate meetings
- Analyze and optimize performance using the 4 Ps to enhance sales and profitability
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing to optimize customer potential and drive category initiatives
- Conduct regular sales forecasting and monitor forecast accuracy
- Analyze distribution, product listings, and placement to maximize visibility and performance
- University degree in a relevant field with business administration focus (Sales/Retail)
- Initial professional FMCG experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of opportunities and risks
- Team player with hands-on mentality
- Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
