Overview
In this role at Lonza, you drive customer programs from technology transfer through GMP manufacturing to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and cost efficiency. You will serve as the main customer liaison, coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to deliver complex programs. You shape how projects progress across the full lifecycle and align efforts with strategic business goals. This is a hands-on opportunity to impact biologics development and manufacturing at a global life sciences company, with relocation support for eligible candidates.

- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field; PhD is a plus
- Experience in project or program management, ideally in pharma or CDMO
- Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and organizational factors
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs
- Knowledge of GMP manufacturing and drug substance development
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
